    Howard Petty, President & Founder

    Howard Petty founded Crosby Corporation in 2001. He brings to the organization more than 22 years of experience in sales and management, with specialties in finance, project management, IT consulting and human capital solutions primarily in the insurance, banking and financial sectors. Prior to founding Crosby Corporation, Mr. Petty was Vice President for AETEA Information Technology, a Washington, DC-based firm that delivered IT services to some of the largest financial service organizations in the world. His expertise in consulting, performance reliability, talent management, and fee for service delivery have provided the foundation for Crosby Corporation’s service offerings, and his ability to maintain strong client and employee relationships enables him to determine customer needs and expectations while managing internal processes to ensure exemplary service delivery. Mr. Petty, who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, is knowledgeable in all facets of FHA, VA and Conventional loans for approval and declination in compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD guidelines.

    Phyllis House joined Crosby Corporation in 2006, following 21 years in the staffing and mortgage industry during which she developed and grew business by identifying, placing and managing contingent workers in finance, mortgage, clerical, and light industrial careers. Her areas of expertise include quality control, capacity planning, project management, training and development, and process improvement.

    Today, Ms. House consults with key strategic clients to develop quality control policies and procedures, business process improvement plans as well as employee training and development programs across versatile industries. She has a laser sharp focus in business growth through value added activities that ensure client satisfaction and continued business success.

    Rich has over 25 years industry experience. He began his career as a recruiter then quickly moved into sales. From there Rich worked his way into various leadership roles; with expertise ranging from Business Development to Strategic Planning. Rich has designed, implemented and led many different initiatives over his career in leadership; including the development of leadership and management structures, serving as lead trainer to all levels of management, and developing tools to maximize leadership and development of Associates. Rich's experience in the field and at the corporate level has allowed him to effectively develop leadership and assist in implementing change, ensuring constant and steady organic growth.

    Rich has created key departments to support organic growth year over year; including a National Sales and Delivery Program, National Accounts Program, and Training Programs. This has led to the maximization at the desk level for sales and delivery teams. Sales education experience including a more effective sales strategy that is “client centric” in nature and more comprehensive.
